Exciting News: I’m Attending FOSDEM 2020 in Brussels!

I’m thrilled to announce that I will be attending FOSDEM 2020 in Brussels on February 1st and 2nd! For those unfamiliar, FOSDEM (Free and Open Source Software Developers’ European Meeting) is one of the largest gatherings of open-source enthusiasts, developers, and contributors in the world. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded people, attend insightful talks, and explore the latest developments in the open-source community.

My Main Interests: Ada and DNS Devrooms

While FOSDEM offers a vast array of tracks and topics, my primary focus this year will be on two devrooms that align closely with my interests:

Ada Devroom

Ada is a powerful and reliable programming language with a strong emphasis on safety and correctness. I’m eager to learn more about the latest advancements in the Ada ecosystem, its applications in critical systems, and how the community is working to modernize and expand its reach. If you’re passionate about Ada or are just curious about why it remains relevant today, this devroom is definitely worth checking out!

DNS Devroom

The Domain Name System (DNS) is a crucial part of the internet infrastructure, and keeping up with its latest developments is essential. With ongoing discussions about privacy, security (such as DNSSEC and DoH/DoT), and the ever-evolving landscape of DNS technologies, I’m excited to attend talks and meet experts in the field.

Let’s Connect!

If you’re also attending FOSDEM 2020 and share an interest in Ada, DNS, or just open-source in general, I’d love to connect! Feel free to reach out, and let’s make the most of this amazing event together.

Looking forward to an exciting weekend in Brussels! See you at FOSDEM!
